This summer we are offering a range of classes to help keep you moving over the holiday period.
All classes will be Mixed Ability, and your instructor will offer various options to ensure you can work at a pace and level to suit your body.
We understand that you may not be able to commit to a block of classes as normal, so you can book individual classes to suit your schedule.
Or if you're around for the whole summer, there is the option to book the full short course too.
These sessions will run in local halls in Hersham with experienced instructors that can help and support you to reach your goals.
