"I thoroughly enjoy the Better Body Training Pilates classes.
Recently I was unable to attend many of my regular classes due to work and family commitments.
Jo was incredibly flexible with allowing me to make up what I had missed by attending other classes during the week.
This flexibility is great and so convenient for people who may not be able to commit to one specific time each week.
I enjoyed the flexibility so much that I’m even considering changing my membership to one where I can attend more than one class a week!
Thanks again Jo!"
