Face to Face Pilates Sessions
Are you fed up with feeling inflexible?

Pilates classes offer both flexibility and strength work to help optimise how your body feels and functions.
Our live sessions run in local halls with experienced instructors that can help and support you reach your goals.
Sessions will work on any problem areas mixed with stretches to ease off your back, hips, shoulders and necks.
There is of course lots of core and abdominal work (this includes pelvic floor too).
We offer both Mixed Ability and Gentle Foundations Pilates courses catering for all needs whether you're an experienced exerciser or a complete beginner.
All course members get unlimited access to our Video Vault to do any extra sessions at home.
If we have space available, you are welcome to join at any time during a term.
