Terms and Conditions
Please read the below before booking onto a course or joining our membership plans.

Terms and Conditions (UK)
1. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless, our authorised Direct Debit provider. Your bank statement will show “GoCardless”.
Monthly payments are spread evenly across 12 months and cover 39 scheduled classes per year, unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
You may manage your Direct Debit through your bank or contact us for assistance.
You may request to change to a different package at any time. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
2. Stopping or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may stop your recurring payments at any time.
If you stop payments, you will continue to have access to your classes and benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Class places are booked in blocks. Any cancellation will take effect from the end of the current block, not immediately.
If you cancel part-way through a term or year, there may be a final reconciliation payment for any classes attended but not yet paid for. This will be calculated fairly and discussed with you.
3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights)
You have the legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of starting, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If you cancel within the first 14 days:
A pro-rata refund may be issued, minus the value of any classes already attended.
Access to classes and benefits will end immediately upon cancellation.
4. Class Bookings & Fees
Payment must be made to confirm a place in a class or block.
Classes are generally sold as block bookings.
Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or outlined in these terms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We operate a no-refund policy for missed or unused classes.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness), we may offer:
A replacement class
A credit
A digital/online class
(at our discretion)

We will notify you of any changes using the contact details you provide.

We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme.
You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before participating.
8. Class Etiquette
Please arrive on time and be respectful to instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a class without refund.
9. Attire & Equipment
Comfortable clothing is required.
Please bring your own mat unless otherwise advised.
