Face to Face Pilates Sessions
Are you fed up of feeling stiff & immobile?
Is your posture suffering?
Feel like you need to exercise but don't want to hit the gym?
Then join us to work on all those problem areas mixed with stretches to ease off your back, hips, shoulders and necks.
There is of course lots of core and abdominal work (this includes pelvic floor too).
Our sessions are based on the original 34 Pilates mat work exercises but with modifications to suit all levels.
These are mixed ability sessions so beginners will stay with the lower levels and get used to the control and movement of the exercises, before progressing onto the higher levels as they get stronger.
We have worked hard to ensure that all face to face sessions are Covid-Safe.
