Body Care Pilates
Fed up of dealing with all your aches and pains? looking for a new way to exercise your body?
These sessions run at a lovely gentle pace and are aimed at getting your body freed up and moving well.
Sitting at a desk or being on your feet all day can both take their toll - take advantage of this opportunity to counteract the day's stresses on your body and keep flexible.
These sessions focus on
Stretches for the back, shoulders and hips
Empower you to look after your own body in a drug free way.
Your instructor Virginie is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor.
You will need to compete a registration form before you can attend one of our classes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Once registered you can simply turn up for your class.
For Health & Safety reasons we have a limit of how many we can allow in each class, places are offered on a first come first served basis.
