Body Care Pilates


Fed up of dealing with all your aches and pains? looking for a new way to exercise your body?

These sessions run at a lovely gentle pace and are aimed at getting your body freed up and moving well.

Sitting at a desk or being on your feet all day can both take their toll - take advantage of this opportunity to counteract the day's stresses on your body and keep flexible.


These sessions focus on

  • Mobility

  • Core Activation 

  • Stretches for the back, shoulders and hips

  • Empower you to look after your own body in a drug free way.

Your instructor Virginie is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor.

You will need to compete a registration form before you can attend one of our classes, please email claire@betterbodypilates.co.uk for more information. Once registered you can simply turn up for your class.

For Health & Safety reasons we have a limit of how many we can allow in each class, places are offered on a first come first served basis.
